HAUSER Quill Service
Our expertise and equipment allow us to offer a complete maintenance and overhaul of your HAUSER spindle, including the U-axis.
Some reasons to schedule an overhaul :
– Bores out-of-roundness
– Your spindle no longer rotates smoothly or is noisy
– Several years without maintenance
– To prevent the basic components from becoming unusable
The main points of an overhaul will be the replacement of wear parts, a circularity adjustment to original specifications and a functional testing and measurements on our test bench.
